A staffing partner for warehouses, plants, and offices
KV Employment Services is an Ontario employment agency. We recruit, screen, and place people — then stay involved for payroll, replacements, and day-to-day support.
Who we are
We help employers fill warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and office roles without building a large in-house recruiting team. Clients come to us for temporary coverage, temp-to-hire trials, and longer placements.
Every candidate is reviewed for work eligibility in Canada and matched to the shift, location, and physical demands of the job. If a placement is not working, we replace the worker and you are not billed for the missed time.
Our job is to send people who can do the work and show up. If someone is not the right fit, we make it right.
Our process
How we place a worker on your site

Eligibility
We confirm each candidate is legally allowed to work in Canada before they are submitted.

Job fit
We review lifting, standing, shift times, and site conditions so the person can actually do the work.

Safety training
Basic health and safety, plus WHMIS where the workplace uses controlled products.

Intake
We discuss work history, transportation, and which shifts the candidate can reliably accept.

References and screening
Background checks and reference calls help us confirm attendance and reliability.

Matching
We look at your site, your lead, and the role — not just a job title — before we send someone.

Ongoing support
After the start date we still handle no-shows, replacements, and payroll questions.
