About KV Employment Services
We exist because empty shifts cost more than a staffing invoice
KV is an Ontario employment agency. We recruit for warehouses, plants, and offices, then stay on the file for payroll, backups, and the 5 a.m. call when someone does not show.
What we actually do
A lot of staffing websites talk about “talent strategy.” Plant managers call us because a line is down two people and the weekend is already booked. We keep a pool of workers who can do the work, we check that they are allowed to work in Canada, and we send them to your site with the safety pieces your floor requires.
If you want a long-term hire, we will still start with a trial when that is smarter. If you want ten temps for three weeks, we will not upsell you a software platform. The product is people who show up.
If a worker is a poor fit in the first hours, tell us. We send someone else. You should not have to manage our miss.

Work papers
We confirm the person can legally work in Canada. No shortcuts on status.

Can they do the job physically?
Lifting, standing, cold dock, night shift — we ask before we send, not after a first-day injury.

Safety first
Basic health and safety, plus WHMIS where the site uses controlled products.

Intake, not a five-minute form
We talk through work history, transportation, and which shifts they will actually accept. People who cannot get to Brampton at 6 a.m. do not get sent to Brampton at 6 a.m.

References and screening
We ask former supervisors the unglamorous questions: attendance, attitude, and whether they would take the person back.

Match to your floor
A quiet packer and a loud line lead are both employable. They are not interchangeable. We listen to how your site actually runs.

Stay on the file
After start date we still own no-shows, replacements, and pay questions. You should be running product, not chasing timesheets.

A perfect ticket with a 40% show-up rate is useless. We care who gets through the door on a Monday.
